Shipping policy

We ship across Pakistan. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your city and order value.

DISPATCH

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, on Sunday, or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel leaves us.

PAYMENT

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. You may open the parcel and check the contents before paying.

IF YOUR PARCEL IS DELAYED OR LOST

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are in their hands, but the responsibility stays with us. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we resend or refund in full.

STORAGE IN TRANSIT

Skincare actives are heat sensitive. Parcels are packed to limit light and heat exposure, but in summer we recommend collecting your parcel promptly rather than leaving it in a hot car or doorway. Store products below 30C once they reach you.
